We can control the present. We are living it right now. Mindfulness allows us to make the most out of every moment, helping us to enjoy it whilst it’s here.

Mindfulness is about being aware of what is happening around us. Consciously noticing things. When was the last time you walked through the park and took a moment to listen, and enjoy the birds singing? Most of the time we just rush past. Hectic. Too busy or stressed to notice simple pleasures.

There is living and then there is LIVING. Mindfulness helps us to enjoy each and every moment, paying attention to the small things and being aware of our thoughts in a non-judgmental way.

Mindfulness helps you to see things differently. Many people find they feel calmer, more clarity, freer and liberated. The hurdles they once faced seem more manageable now. They feel they have space to breathe. They feel, deep down, that everything is going to be ok.

I offer an 8 week mindfulness course where I teach you about mindfulness and how it can help in your life. Whatever issues you are facing right now, whether they are caused by stress, depression, low self esteem, relationships, chronic pain or loss . . . anything you want to feel in control of . . . mindfulness gives you a means to help you to cope.

My mindfulness training is a combination of scientific research, cognitive behavioural therapy and analysis. This is then completed by the use of relaxation practices developed over 1000’s of years. Mindfulness is now used by many businesses, organisations and individuals around the world with great success.
