I wanted to say thank you for visiting my website and clicking on past the Home page. I understand that sometimes it takes great courage to get in touch with a counsellor – so be proud of yourself for getting this far.
Allow me to set your mind at rest. . . my only role is to help you. To guide you through whatever storm you are weathering right now and see you through to the other side. You don’t need to spend time feeling sad, disoriented or isolated – I can help.
Get in touch with confidence. I trained in London's Revision Centre an accredited UKCP and BACP college. The training is Integrative Psychosynthesis a Transpersonal approach to therapy. I am a registered integrative (UKCP registered) psychotherapist and Supervisor and an (BACP) (UKRCP) Accredited Counsellor with many years of experience in this field which includes teaching at degree level as well as supervising many qualified and trainee therapists, individually or in groups. I am also a certificated and experienced group trainer.
My interests and personal practice in meditation, yoga and spirituality since my early 20's living in London, supported my desire to train as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Group and 1:1 teacher at Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness in 2010.
I have 20 years of experience in the corporate world so I have seen things from both sides of the fence.
Alongside my professional qualifications and corporate experience I have travelled extensively and I have a multi - cultural background myself. This gives me a very broad base from which to support you.
